Hosting and Support

ALL first year Iomad hosting with E-Learn Design comes with an initial 10 hours of totally free Iomad support. We will use these hours to get you completely set up with moving your current Moodle site(s) into Iomad, setting up your initial companies/institutions, changing your language pack, talking you through getting started with Iomad and assisting with tailoring your site (if you need to make adjustments). You may raise support tickets with us during your first three months as a client for any queries relating to using the software and you will get a fast and effective resolution to those.

All E-Learn Design Hosting packages for Iomad also comes with:

• Free UK domain
• SCP (more secure than FTP) access to your file area for larger files
• Security upgrades
• Nightly disaster recovery backups
• One free Iomad branch upgrade per calendar year (from the time your hosting contract begins)

Small Iomad hosting: £1995 + VAT

Suitable for approximately 3000 users a year (this is not set in stone), with a max of 5 GB disk space and up to 100 GB data transfer per month (we’re pickier about this part).

Medium Iomad hosting: £2595.00 + VAT

Suitable for approximately 5000 users a year (again, not in stone), with a max of 10 GB disk space and up to 200 GB data transfer per month (again, pickier).

Large Iomad hosting £3795.00 + VAT

Suitable for approximately 10,000 users a year, with a max of 20 GB disk space and up to 400 GB data transfer per month (again, pickier).

Bolt on Support Options

If you are an E-Learn Design client using Iomad and require more support than free initial hours for set up please choose from the options below.  Bolt on support is an average of hours based on a per month support need unless otherwise agreed.

15 hours per year £1275 + VAT

24 hours per year £1920 + VAT

36 hours per year £2700 + VAT

48 hours per year £3360 + VAT
