Remote Support

We would always encourage you to consider becoming a client who hosts their site with E-Learn Design on our own servers because it is always easier to support clients on servers we maintain ourselves.  But we acknowledge this isn’t always possible.

Any potential client who requires assistance with an Iomad system that has NOT been set up by E-Learn Design either on our servers or remotely on yours is subject to a health check.

Mini Health Check: £450 + VAT

We won’t support an Iomad installation that we have not installed or approved for accurate set up on a server which we are not familiar with until we’ve performed a health check on the system.  We offer a quick mini Health Check for potential clients which assess your site for obvious set up errors, checks the server configurations are correct and does a quick code audit for problems.  Once this has been returned successful, we can offer to support your system with confidence.

Once a system has passed its Health Check an agent will quote for any further work required to resolve outstanding issues or invite you to choose from our annual support options.

Full Health Check: £950 + VAT

If the Mini Health Check is not enough and you require discussion with us and a report on the overall outcomes of the system check, our Full Health Check of your site offers further peace of mind.  A full Health Check is an important part of the support process where we check your site against the latest code base, ensure set up version and role control is correct, and give you a short report on the same.  A Skype session starts off the process where an agent will find out what your main concerns are and (if required) a short Skype followup takes place after the health check and report addressing those issues is produced.   Once this process is complete, we can offer to support your system going forward with confidence.

Annual Remote Support for your Iomad Installation

We will only offer annual remote support packages to clients whose Iomad installations have already passed our mandatory Health Check.  All Annual Support is an average of hours based on a per month support need unless otherwise agreed.
